Personal stylist: how to match orange pants

During past days I received many SOS emails by you, who asked me tips to dress up for an occasion or suggestions about how to match certain garments. I'm so glad to see how much trust and esteem you place in my personal taste and I hope I've been useful and gave you right tips.    

A few days ago I received another request in which a follower asked me tips about how to match a simple pair of orange slim pants bought at Zara's. 

The girl who wrote me was a little afraid about the brightness of the color: she doesn't want to look excessive. Here are two proposal for day and night:

Nei giorni passati ho ricevuto diverse email con richieste di aiuto da parte vostra, nelle quali mi chiedevate consigli su come vestire per una certa occasione o su come abbinare determinati capi. 

Sono veramente felice di vedere quanta fiducia e stima riponete nei confronti del mio gusto personale e spero di esservi stata utile e di avervi dato i consigli giusti.

Qualche giorno fa, ad ogni modo, ho ricevuto un'altra richiesta con la quale una follower mi chiedeva come abbinare un paio di pantaloni arancioni a sigaretta comprati da Zara.

La ragazza che mi ha scritto era solo un po' timorosa riguardo alla grintosità del colore, ma con queste proposte dovrebbe stare abbastanza tranquilla :)

Powder pink and burgundy

I lately discovered this colour combination I think it's delicious and sofisticated and gives an allure so retro and delicate: powder pink matched with burgundy (called by me wine).
The perfect outfit for a not too formal evening: I wanted to enhance this retro look by choosing pieces as this small embroidered damask clutch (purchased a few years ago at Accessorize), the satin goddess top, the ring with small beads and two simple necklaces with a thiny chain and a single pendant. The first one is renowned by you. The second one is my recent creation: I found this little clock at the flea market in Paris for a trifle price (as you can see there's "chloè" written on the dial!!! Anyone can tell me if it could be the mytical "Chloé" label from Paris catwalks???). Then I simply mounted on a chain and added a clip. I like it so much!!!

How to wear a striped tee

A couple of ways to wear striped white&black tees has been illustrated by me in other older posts (you can find them HERE, HERE and HERE).
Now I'm showing you a more glamourous way, perfect for the evening as well.
Obi belt and skirt are from Gucci Spring / Summer 2011 collection, and I know, it isn't a cheap choice! In fact, I'm looking for a gold obi belt like this and actually I didn't find it yet. (Have you seen a similar type a little bit cheaper than this one?)
Striped tee is by Moschino but you can easily find a similar one in every low-cost shop (it's the trend of the season of course!).
These shoes are by Chiara Ferragni but you can find a pair less expensive than these on Asos.com or AkiraShop!

Un paio di modi di indossare le tshirt a righe bianche e nere sono stati illustrati in altri post (per esempio QUESTO, QUESTO e QUESTO).
Ma adesso ve ne mostro uno più glamourous, adatto anche per la sera.
La cintura obi e la gonna vengono dalla collezione primavera / estate 2011 di Gucci e, lo so, non è stata proprio una scelta tra le più convenienti! Infatti sto cercando una cintura obi oro simile a questa dappertutto ma finora nulla! (Voi ne avete viste di meno dipendiose, in giro?)
La maglia a righe è di Moschino ma confido nella vostra risparmiosità di fashioniste oculate e sono sicura che ve ne andrete a cercare una più economica in una qualsiasi catena low-cost..
Queste scarpe sono di Chiara Ferragni ma se ne può reperire un paio meno costoso su Asos.com o AkiraShop!

Evening at Teatro del Sale

Who knows the Teatro del Sale in Florence? If you never been there, you have to go and spend an evening in your life.

You'll spend a wonderful evening with many of life's pleasures, like eating well, drinking good wine, enjoy the italian typical conviviality and watch an high quality theatrical performance, all this at a fixed price of 30 €.

The place is a kind of private club, where you must have a membership card to enter (you can do it at the moment).

They've got a few of funny and original rules to respect there: for exemple is a must socialize and exchange news each other, otherwise the non-renewal of the card. :)

Furniture and atmosphere put you right in Florence in fiftteenth century, and the cook calls diners from a window when plate is ready with a typical accent and urges them to self-service or yells if he sees them use a double ration of schiacciata all'olio (a kind of very tasty bread).

After dinner, the saff systems sittings in front of the stage and you can assist at the show. Yesterday there was a very brilliant monologue by an apulian actor, Ippolito Chiarello.

He had the brilliant idea to presenting the same show in the streets and sell it in pieces, each with a fixed price, from 2 to 15 euros per scene. So, you can request your favourite scene and watch the low-cost show in the street. This also represent a kind of protest against economica cuttings to the culture by the government.

The actor is on tour and you can watch his performances also in Paris and London (more info here).
