DIY a foulard skirt

Good morning beauties!!! Finally it's Friday and we've got time to let our creativity free... So, here is a brand new DIY all for you! 

D&G fashion show was an explosion of colors and prints which provoked a foulard-mania in every fashion addicted: printed scarves tied like a turban on the head, 80's style shirts, silk dresses with paisley patterns and every kind of accessories evoke this trend.
Here is a low-low budget DIY for who among you has already used the sewing machine (if you're not able, let your mum helps you and then try to learn: this kind of works can give you such a great satisfaction!).

Buongiorno, bellezze!!! Finalmente è venerdì e finalmente abbiamo un po' di tempo tutto per noi per pasticciare con le forbici e creare.... Ecco qui un nuovo fai-da -te tutto per voi!!
La sfilata primavera/estate di D&G è stata un tripudio di foulard e colori che ha fatto scattare la foulard mania in tutte le fashion-addicted del pianeta: foulard annodati in testa come turbanti, camicette a stampa volute, abitini in seta dai motivi paisley e ogni altro tipo di accessorio riprendono smaccatamente questa tendenza.

Ecco allora un DIY a bassissimo costo per chi di voi ha già dimestichezza con la macchina per cucire (e se non ce l'avete, fatevi dare una mano dalla mamma o dalla nonna... e provate voi stesse, ne vale la pena e dà molte soddisfazioni!!).

Multicolor pieces look good with golden elements

I've ever got many problms to match right way this skirt, which I owned since years ago. It's such a stunning (to me, of course) and striking skirt, so it's really easy to slip into "too much".
Friday evening, back from Rome, I finally was flashed by the right idea, the perfect fresh and youngish combination for a dinner with friends.
Light yellow tank top I've found at H&M is proving to be extremely versatile and useful for several outfits I will show you soon. And it was perfect also this time, miraculously taking the same shade of yellow of the skirt's stripes! In fact, when we got a multicolor garment like this skirt, the perfect choice is pairing it with something VERY basic which takes just ONE color, the UNLESS STRIKING one as possible (or the lesser extent one). This way we avoid the redundancy effect and we exalt the strongest piece without rendering it excessive.
I chose rose gold for accessories because I think metallized colors as silver and gold give something extra to multicolor outfits, much more that combining them with flat hues, and they take off the itch to find the right hue of yellow or red or blue to pair with we often don't have in our own closet.
I chose blue just for shoes. I was in doubt if wearing the golden ones, but these ones looked good for an informal occasion. In fact, when we dress up we often run the risk being too understated or too high profiled...
This way instead I felt perfectly at ease! What do you think about?

Ho sempre avuto non pochi problemi ad abbinare nel modo giusto questa gonna, che posseggo già da vari anni. E' talmente bella (a mio parere) e importante che è facile cadere nel "troppo".

first days at the new job

Since Monday I have a brand new office and only for me! I have great responsibility and I am thrilled, excited and a bit anxious, but I will use all the determination I have to do my best! 
This is the look that I raised in these early days. It is sober, but without sacrificing a feminine touch.


Da lunedì ho un ufficio tutto nuovo e tutto per me! Ho grandi responsabilità e sono fremente, emozionata e un po' in ansia, ma userò tutta la grinta che ho per fare del mio meglio! 
Questo è il look che ho sfoggiato in questi primi giorni. Sobrio, ma senza rinunciare a un tocco di femminilità.
