4th day: Portorose, Slovenia

4th day and 5th stage of our trip: Portoroz (Portorose), Slovenia.

It's a very small village, rich of casinos, boutiques and lidos, so the place is very attractive for medium-high level tourists.

During 4th day in travel we had a bath-break in Pirano, which is a wonderful town on the Slovenian coast (I'd like it was under UNESCO's protection), but I will talk about that in next posts. Meanwhile here is a bunch of pics of our bath to refresh during a hot, hot day.

Il penultimo giorno di viaggio ha meritato una pausa lunga a Pirano, delizioso grappolo di casette colorate sulla costa slovena. Di questo meraviglioso posto (che dovrebbe meritare il patrocinio dell'UNESCO) vi parlerò nei prossimi giorni. Qui, nel frattempo, c'è solo la pausa-bagno per rinfrescarci durante una calda giornata di sole.

New purchase (from Portorose, Slovenia)

I've been looking for a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses for months (do you remember the post about the shopping selection?) and finally I've found my perfect sunglasses in Portorose, Slovenia, but I have to say the shop was italian, Marella :)
