Ci sono persone che vivono la loro vita con la sola ragione di dare amore agli altri.

Accondiscendenti da figlie, forti come la roccia e pronte a darti una mano da amiche, rispettose come mogli e piene di premure come mamme, infinitamente buone come nonne.

Queste persone, per chi ha la fortuna di incontrarle e di averle nella loro vita anche solo per poco, sono un dono prezioso, inestimabile. E sono indimenticabili.

Quando vengono a mancare lasciano un vuoto incolmabile, ma anche la netta sensazione di essere stati dei privilegiati ad averle conosciute.

Io ho avuto la fortuna di incontrarne una, di averla avuta nella mia vita per molti anni, e ho avuto ancora più fortuna perchè quella persona mi ha accudito e donato talmente tante di quelle cose che non riesco nemmeno a ricordarle tutte.

Oggi sarebbe stato il suo compleanno.

Accomodating when they're daughters, strong as rock and ready to lend a hand as friends, respectful when they became wives and full of cares when they're mums, infinitely good as grandmothers.

For all those who are lucky enough to meet them and keep them in their lives even for a while, these people are such a precious gift, priceless. Definitely, unforgettable.

When they are missed they leave a huge void, but also the feeling of having been so privileged for having known them.

I have been so lucky to have known one, and kept her for so many years, and I had more luck because that people has cared for me and given so many things I can't remember them all.

Today was gonna be her birthday.
